ICIP Training
Projects must be on the Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) utilizing the ICIP portal. The ICIP covers a five-year planning period. The 2026 ICIP cycle deadline for Tribal Governments is Friday, July 31, 2026.
