State Purchasing Deadlines
Tuesday, March 3, 2026 – Requests for Proposals requiring award through SPD for FY27 that need a July 1 start date. (**Please be advised: RFPs that require several edits or redrafts cannot be guaranteed an award by July 1, 2026. Agencies are required to utilize the RFP Template from the SPD Website.)
Thursday, March 19, 2026 – Invitations to Bid over $60,000
Friday, March 27, 2026 – Sole Source Procurements (including the 30-day posting period being completed) and GSA Requests
Friday, May 1, 2026 – Last day to submit any new contracts to CRB utilizing FY26 Funds
Monday, May 11, 2026 – Last day to submit/email extensions of existing contracts expiring June 30, 2026. This applies to ANY contract or amendment that is set to expire June 30, 2026.
Tuesday, May 12, 2026 – Extensions of existing contracts expiring June 30, 2026
Tuesday, June 2, 2026 – Federal Funded Procurements by September 30, 2026 deadline (non RFP Based Procurements)
Wednesday, July 1, 2026 – Last day to submit FY27 contracts to CRB to receive and effective date of July 1, 2026
Friday, July 24, 2026 – Last day to resubmit FY27 contracts originally received by July 1, 2026 but rejected by CRB to receive effective date of July 1, 2026
